ARE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR TOTAL BEGINNERS ?
Yes our Beginners foundation classes are suitable for total beginners of all ages and levels of fitness. Check out the timetable page.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT STARTING MY FIRSTÂ CLASS ?
Simply contact us and book your class. The instructor can then expect your arrival on the day. Turn up 5 to 10 minutes early before the class starts for registration, wearing loose comfortable clothing and trainer shoes. Pay £12 for your first trial class, then if you wish to continue membership or block booking is required. Both options have benefits.

For Online Zoom classes. Contact us to book your class. Once payment has been made, you will then receive your Online Zoom Class Pass via Email, Text message, or WhatsApp. whatever you prefer.
Log in up to 10 minutes before the class starts to test and arrange your camera. Be sure your practice space is clear of any trip hazards.
DO I NEED A LICENSE TO PRACTICE TAI CHI OR QIGONG FOR MY HEALTH ONLY AND NOT MARTIAL ARTS OR FOR SELF DEFENCE ?
No you do not need to require a Tai Chi Kung Fu Licence to practice Tai Chi or Qigong for Health and Fitness only. You would need the Members Licence if you wish to access the grading syllabus to take part in student grading assessments and certification and learning Advanced Forms, Push Hands, Martial Applications, Weapons Training etc.
CAN I JUST PAY FOR ONE CLASS AT A TIME / PAY AS I GO ?
Unfortunately no, The Membership or Block Booking options is to encourage regular practice / training.
